If they don’t love it, we don't want them to have it. 

Buchroeders “Gotta Love It” Guarantee is applicable towards natural diamond purchases and valid for a single occurrence. Please see details below:

CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RINGS: 

Custom engagement rings are exchangeable within 30 days of pick up. You will be credited the original purchase price towards the new setting you select.

IN-STOCK CENTER DIAMONDS: 

In-stock center diamonds, engagement rings, and jewelry are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unaltered condition.

SPECIAL ORDER DIAMONDS: 

Diamonds we special order at your request are exchangeable for 30 days, providing that the original purchase price was $20,000 or less.

You must contact us within the thirty (30) day return period, which starts upon delivery of the item.

The delivery date is determined by the items' tracking information.

Our prepaid shipping labels are valid for two (2) days for security purposes.
