RETURN POLICY

At Buchroeders, it is our goal to ensure that you are thrilled with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy on all purchases, providing the following criteria are met. Any item that has been damaged, modified, or worn, is not eligible for a full refund. Any item that is being returned must be received in the same condition in which it is sent, with all of the original packaging, boxes, papers, books, and accessories. Any return shipment is sent at your sole cost and expense. It is important to insure the return package for the price you paid for the item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once the returned item is back in our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition as it was sent out, and issue the refund from there.

Jewelry Refunds & Exchanges

In order to return the item you purchased, please contact our team. Your return label must be postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery date you received the item as proven by tracking number associated with your purchase. All tags, boxes, booklets, and warranty cards must be included in this shipment. The item must be free of any wear and tear, and in the exact same condition in which it was received.

Watch Refunds & Exchanges

Buchroeders Jewelers is committed to your complete satisfaction of your watch purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your watch, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you purchased a watch from our retail store in person, there is a 4 day window to return the item. All tags, boxes, booklets, and warranty cards must be included with the returned watch. The watch must be free of any wear and tear, and in the exact same condition which it was received. If the watch was sent to you with factory stickers, these stickers must not be removed in order to receive a full refund. Any watches that are returned with factory stickers removed could be subject to a decrease in refund of up to 20% of the purchase price.

If you purchased a watch from our website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the watch as proven by the tracking number associated with your purchase. Handbag Return Eligibility

Item(s) must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. Each bag is sent out from our facility with a security sticker wrapped on the bag - if this sticker is broken or removed, the bag will not be eligible for a refund. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

Buchroeders Jewelers is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At Buchroeders Jewelers, all handbags are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but are unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.

Refunds via Affirm

A refund will be posted to your Affirm account once we have approved and processed your return. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Affirm. For select items, Affirm may require a down payment when your order is placed.

Shipment Procedure

Shipping includes: Insurance, signature confirmation, and top quality packaging. All items will be shipped generally within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).
