Proposal-ready and custom engagement rings are exchangeable within 30 days of pickup, with the original purchase price credited toward a new setting. In-stock center diamonds, engagement rings, and jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided they're in unaltered condition, and special-order diamonds are exchangeable within 30 days on purchases of $20,000 or less. The guarantee applies to natural diamond purchases and is valid for a single occurrence. (Fashion jewelry and watches follow separate return policies.)
