  • Custom engagement rings are exchangeable within 30 days from the pick-up date. We'll credit your original purchase amount as a refund or credit which you can use towards the new setting you select.
  • In-stock loose diamonds, proposal-ready rings, and all jewelry are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase provided that they’re in the same condition in which they were sold.
  • Diamonds specially ordered at your request are exchangeable within 30 days, given that the original purchase price was $20,000 or less.
  • Buchroeders Gotta Love It Guarantee is applicable towards natural diamond investments and valid for a single occurrence.
