The Buchroeders Jewelers Custom Diamond Pendant Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The Giveaway entry period begins on February 3rd, 2025, and ends on March 14th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out the online submission form available on the Buchroeders Jewelers website during the Giveaway period and Nominate Buchroeders Jewelers for the “Best Place to Buy Jewelry” on the official Inside Columbia Best of Columbia 2025 nomination page. Required information includes the participant's full name and valid contact information. Consent to contact participants is granted at time of entry.
The prize for the Giveaway is the opportunity to design a Custom Diamond Pendant Necklace - approximate Retail Value of $3,000.
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
The winner will be announced on March 19, 2025, through Buchroeders Jewelers' official website and social media platforms.
The winner will also be notified via the contact information provided upon entry.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours after the notification, another winner may be selected at Buchroeders Jewelers' discretion.
By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Buchroeders Jewelers the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
All personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Buchroeders Jewelers' privacy policy. Participant data will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.
