Our proposal-ready and custom engagement rings are exchangeable within 30 days of pick up. You will be credited with the original purchase price towards a new setting of your choice.
Our in-stock center diamonds, engagement rings, and jewelry are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase provided they are in an unaltered condition.
Diamonds we special order at your request are exchangeable for 30 days, providing that the original purchase price was $20,000 or less.
Buchroeders Gotta Love It Guarantee is applicable towards natural diamond purchases & valid for a single occurrence.
Fashion Jewelry Policies
While we do not offer our Gotta Love It Guarantee for all products in the store, we do want our customers to feel confident in their purchases when they shop at Buchroeders. We offer policies on our watches and fashion jewelry pieces so you can feel good about every investment made with us.
If you are purchasing a piece of fashion jewelry, we accept returns within 30 days of sale with a less applicable refinishing fee.
Our fashion jewelry does not have a warranty available against manufacturing defects. Buchroeders’ assurance protection plan is applicable, subject to special terms.
Watch Policies
If you are purchasing a watch with us returns are only accepted within 4 days of the sale, with a less applicable finishing fee. We offer a one-year warranty available on movement only and your watch must be in its original condition. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee applied.
In any case, buying back items is our privilege, not our obligation.
