Custom engagement rings are exchangeable within 30 days of pick up. You will be credited the original purchase price towards your newly selected setting.
In-stock center diamonds, engagement rings, & jewelry are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days of purchase provided that they are in unaltered condition.
Diamonds we special order at your request are exchangeable for 30 days, providing that they original purchase price was $20,000 or less.
Buchroeders Gotta Love It Guarantee is applicable towards natural diamond* purchases & valid for a single occurrence.
*Lab Grown Diamonds are not covered in Buchroeders Gotta Love It Guarantee
